There is no mistaking the sweet, fruity taste of this Naga Curry. From the minute the aroma of the chilli is released, you just know you are in for a tongue tingling treat! The Ghost is a tomato based curry, with a punchy blend of spices. We make this in 2 strengths. For the Chilli Chasers among us, opt for 'Extra Hot' in the pull down menu above.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan over a low heat. Add spice pack 1 to the oil and stir until fragrant. Add approx. 800g of chopped meat or vegetables to the pan and coat in the spices (if using fish, add at the end of cooking and poach in the liquid for a few minutes until cooked). Add 2 teaspoons of tomato puree and stir. Add a 400g tin of tomatoes, followed by spice pack 2. Stir. Simmer until your meat / veg / fish is cooked through, then serve.
Dehydrated onions & garlic. Ground spices (Coriander, ginger, cumin, paprika, turmeric, naga chilli, mustard seed, fenugreek, black pepper). Whole spices (Curry leaves, green cardamom). Salt, Sugar.
