How to combine this base gravy with our curry kits, to change the authentic flavour to a BIR curry at home:

This BIR base gravy can be used in conjunction with any of our TOMATO based kits. After cooking your spices, add 1 tbsp of tomato puree to the pan and stir. Follow pack instructions but substitute the tin of tomatoes we suggest for 1 x pouch of base gravy. Loosen with water until you have the desired consistency.

Storage Instructions:
