SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY
England, Wales, Mainland Scotland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, NI & ROI
We will provide FREE shipping to the UK and ROI, on all orders over £20.
A standard £3.00 shipping fee will be added to all orders under £20 for the UK.
Countries within Europe
For Europe, a flat rate of £9.00 will be charged on all orders up to 2kg. Parcels weighing between 2-5kg will be charged at £18.00
Countries outside Europe
Orders for the countries outside of Europe, will be charged a flat rate of £16.00 on all orders up to 2kg. Parcels weighing between 2-5kg will be charged at £34.00
All parcels sent within the UK and ROI are not tracked, or signed for, and are sent 2nd class post via Royal Mail. Please allow 3-5 working days from date of dispatch. If you would like us to offer a premium postage service, please contact us at the time of ordering. The customer will be liable for any additional postage costs. Costs will be worked out on an individual basis and the customer will be billed accordingly.
Due to the fact our product is a food item, our goods are exempt from being returned. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with our product, please Contact Us with your concerns, where we shall be happy to discuss the issue on a case by case basis.
Late or Missing Items
All of our Curry Kits are shipped within 1-2 working days. We use standard, 2nd Class, Royal Mail to deliver our goods to you.
If your order does not arrive within 7 working days, please contact us immediately. In most cases of missing or delayed parcels, they have either been delivered to an out of date address (so please double check your delivery address if using Paypal)
Or, they have been left in a safe place, or with a neighbour. It's worth checking other options before assuming your parcel is missing. Very occasionally a parcel, for some unknown reason, is delayed.
Please bear in mind that this is the fault of the Royal Mail, not us. We have no control over what happens to the parcel once it leaves our care
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of posting, we will work with you to resolve the matter in a professional and courteous manner. Each case will be dealt with on an individual basis.
If you do require your parcel by a specific date, please let us know. There is always an option to send your parcel via Special Delivery. If this is requested, then Curry with Love will deduct the 2nd class postage cost from the Special Delivery fee, and invoice you, the customer for the remainder of the money.
If you have reason to believe that any of your food items have been tampered with in transit, please contact us to discuss your concerns. Whilst we are not responsible for any damage caused during transit, we will be happy to discuss each case on its own merits. (Curry with Love will always send your Curry kit in an excellent condition. The outer and inner bags are heat sealed to avoid being tampered with).
