This is a fairly hot, Sri Lankan curry, that is packed full of flavour. It has a thick, rich sauce that is made up from the addition of tomatoes and coconut cream. This curry kit is packed full of whole spices, including cloves, cinnamon, curry leaves and chillies. So it can be enjoyed with either meat, fish or vegetables.

Originating from the south of India, this beautiful, tomato based curry kit, is fantastic with a robust meat like lamb or beef and provides something extra tasty if cooked slowly. It's packed full of our unique blend of ground and whole spices, all topped off with a good chilli kick.
A lovely Goan dish with a real depth of flavour. It was traditionally eaten with pork, but will work equally as well with other meats, fish or vegetables. The addition of tomatoes is balanced with white wine vinegar, a kick of birds eye chillies, and a handful of curry leaves is what makes our curry kit so authentic.
This dish originates from Northern India. It’s hot and spicy, but full of flavour. It started out on our menu as a limited edition curry kit, but became a permanent fixture due to popular demand! The bold flavours of black pepper and mustard, pack a punch in this curry. Our version of the ‘Jungle Curry’ is made with the addition of coconut milk, which is not a traditional ingredient, but we think it works!. This Thai dish is made with fiery birds eye chillies, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves. It’s a beautiful fragrant curry that works well with meat, fish or veggies. We suggest that you add Thai fish sauce at the end of cooking, but if you like, you can substitute for soy sauce or tamari for a vegan alternative.
