This curry kit took us 2 years to create. It is a mild, family favourite and is made with the addition of coconut milk and tomato puree. It's simply indulgent and has a lovely, delicate flavour. It works well with chicken, prawns, paneer or vegetables. For an extra special flavour, add a few drops of rose water to finish.

Our Tandoori Mix has been created using a unique blend of ground spices, that have been sourced from India and hand-blended by us, right here in Norfolk. The most popular addition to this Bhaji mix, is of course onions, but if you’re feeling adventurous, why not try other veggies such as cauliflower, aubergine or courgettes? Our version of the Bhajis have been developed with your health in mind and so we suggest baking the Bhajis in the oven. If you’re feeling a bit naughty though, they can be deep fried!
Rogan Josh is a dish from Persian origin. It’s traditionally made with lamb and is beautifully aromatic. This is slightly different from our other curry kits, and requires that the ground spices are mixed with yoghurt and tomato puree, then left to marinade in the fridge before cooking. This will ensure that the lamb takes on all those beautiful flavours. We have made this as a mild curry, but you can always spice it up a little by adding your own chillies.
This popular, well loved Indian dish is a fairly dry, nicely spiced curry kit with a rich undertone. It's depth of flavour is enhanced by the curry leaves and works well with almost anything! (Our personal favourite with this one is paneer).
This delicate, medium spiced dish originates from Southern India. It’s made with the addition of coconut milk, fresh tomatoes and white wine vinegar. Our curry kit contains black cardamom and Kashmiri chilli, which create a beautiful yet subtle, smoky undertone. Be warned though, there is a peppery kick with this one too.

A really popular tomato based side dish that will compliment any curry. This is hearty and heavily spiced with a little chilli kick. For a great variation to the normal addition of potatoes, this dish can also be made with other vegetables, such as cauliflower, aubergine and spinach.
We have carefully blended a selection of both ground and whole spices, to flavour your basmati rice. The balance of green cardamom, clove and cinnamon will ensure a truly authentic accompaniment to your mains curry kit. This also makes a great spice blend for chickpeas, or cauliflower.
