What information do we collect about you?
During the shopping process we will need to collect information about you. The information that we collect will be your full name, billing address, delivery address, telephone number and email address. Details of payment cards used are only handled by our secure online payment agent; 'Paypal'. We do not take or keep this information. So that we can continually improve the quality of our service, we also view customer traffic patterns. We do not collect information such as your name or address that can help us identify a visitor. We only collect information that can identify a visitor when the visitor provides it of their own volition.
We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of our site. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to track visitor interactions. What do we use this information for?
We will use this information to complete the despatch of your order and to keep you informed of it’s progress from packing until delivery.
How do we store your information?
Your details will be held on our secure server and will fully comply with the UK Data Protection and any consumer legislation. If any secure information about you is requested from the secure server then it is encrypted before access using an SSL certificate that uses industry standard 128 bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.
How long do we keep this information?
We keep your information for 12 months after your last purchase. Please send and email to ordercurrywithlove@gmail.com if you would like the information removing sooner than this. Please send the request to remove data using the email address that is associated with the account.
Who do we share your personnel information with?
We will only share your personnel information with our payment gateway (PayPal) and other companies that are needed to complete the supply of your order and those that monitor the service level that we supply. As an example we will share your name, delivery address and email address with Royal Mail in so they can carry out their service and ensure your goods are delivered to you. We value your privacy. We never release your details to third parties by default, and will only do so with your explicit consent.
