Bhajis are a popular Indian snack that can be enjoyed as an appetiser and served alongside a cooling raita or a spicy chutney. The most popular addition to this Bhaji mix, is of course onions, but if you’re feeling adventurous, why not try other veggies such as cauliflower, aubergine or courgettes? Our version of the Bhajis have been developed with your health in mind and so we suggest baking the Bhajis in the oven. If you’re feeling a bit naughty though, they can be deep fried!
Rogan Josh is a dish from Persian origin. It’s traditionally made with lamb and is beautifully aromatic. This is slightly different from our other curry kits, and requires that the ground spices are mixed with yoghurt and tomato puree, then left to marinade in the fridge before cooking. This will ensure that the lamb takes on all those beautiful flavours. We have made this as a mild curry, but you can always spice it up a little by adding your own chillies.

Packed full of flavour from ingredients such as coconut, star anise and green cardamom. Try it with cabbage, potatoes, cauliflower or green beans for a great accompaniment to your main curry dish.
