My Dad loved our Curry Kits and always claimed after each and every one, that it was his new favourite. My Dad never did get to try this one, but it was created in his memory, and by using all of his favourite ingredients. After all, who doesn't love a bit of fresh garlic and chilli? 

This Curry is different from our others and has a three-step process, which requires the oil to be tempered with fresh garlic and chilli (optional). Full instructions are on each pack. Although this is marketed at a medium heat, you have the option to really turn up the chilli kick if desired.
